After 5 years in our home, we have sold it. We have so many memories in that house that it is hard to leave, but we can't stay there forever - we are home builders :). We are renting a home in Travis Country West which is a little closer in and has much more space. We will only be here a short time while we build our home in Rob Roy. We have just completed our plans and hope to start construction by the end of the year.
Moving is never fun, but thank goodness for movers + grammy and Bobpa coming into town + Taffy and Grandstan helping out. It is hard to move when you are a little OCD about things being in their place, but I think I handled it all pretty well. I was really worried about the boys getting acclaimated, but they did GREAT! Duncan really threw me for a loop when he decided 2 days before the move to start climbing out of his crib!!! I was hoping we would at least be able to get used to the new house before we had to make the change to a big boy bed, but he had his own schedule. So....he is in a big boy bed on the 2nd floor, but he is doing great...such a BIG BOY! He loves the new house, especially the stairs and his huge playroom :)
